1. Awesome appThe production quality is pretty incredible, tone and cadence for the stories is great, music pairing is good and there is plenty of content to choose from.

2. It's the only feature i currently use (my 5 week old loves it!), and i wish there was a less expensive stand alone option for just the music with maybe a 1 time free or something.

3. my son loves to listen to the soft music, and there is so much to choose from! i like it because unlike pandora, spotify or even youtube music, i don't have to worry about commercials, or pauses.

4. Very annoying when you have a cranky teething toddler that won't let you sleep because she wakes up everytime.Love this app! We had been struggling getting our 2yr old to fall asleep without a TV for months.

5. Its not the best to leave the phone in the room and then get call that disrupts the whole thing.I find it odd that you would create a monthly option that is still so expensive.

6. If anything could be improved upon, I'd suggest making more 'music' options w/ the soundtrack from the stories.

1. Fix Moshi Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Moshi Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Moshi Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moshi Kids" » Open Moshi Kids: Sleep, Relax, Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moshi Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Moshi Kids: Sleep, Relax, Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moshi Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moshi Kids: Sleep, Relax, Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Moshi Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moshi Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Moshi Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moshi Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moshi Kids not working

2. Fix Moshi Kids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moshi Kids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moshi Kids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moshi Kids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
