1. We were so excited to see there was an app - even though it would mean having to watch on a much smaller screen! But then we saw the subscription charges - they are much too expensive!! I understand you have production costs and other costs but comparable services are charging much less! I cannot justify paying £12 a month or £60 a year! Uninstalling the app and trying to distract two very disappointed children 😢We found out about cosmic yoga on YouTube and my daughter love the clips! We figured we susbscribe to show support and get more content .

UPDATE When I click renew it says error because we already have a subscription and the restore gives an error and i already sent a screen shot of the subscription to you like u asked so I guess you can't fix the problem and I'll have to cancel it.I was new to watching you on YouTube, but seeing how much effort (the choreography, the background visuals, the fact you memorize each episodes dialogue by heart, the fun and excitement) you put in to each and every episode, I wanted to pay you to support what you do! What you do is truly unique and amazing, and your passion for it truly shows 😍My children (and I) absolutely love the youtube videos! Thank you for those.

And since I'm going to have to stick with YouTube, I won't be able to watch any NEW videos...Love this app, and cosmic kids as a whole we did the free videos and youtube since the beginning of the pandemic, we saved to be able to purchase the year subscription because honestly it's worth it and to show our appreciation for the free shows they offer.

4. Due to greed, we will be finding a new program for my kids.I REALLY enjoy the videos on the YouTube (I'm just a kid but these videos got me really interested in yoga and now I love it!) The only problem with the app is that I have to pay to unlock just about EVERY SINGLE VIDEO on this great app— I mean, I understand that paying for this app helps you to make more videos and other costs but some people (like me) might not be able to pay for a number reasons.

5. We loved the experience using Comic kids yoga on YouTube, we have to continue using it on that platform.I subscribed to the free trial to get unlimited access, and only could access the unlocked videos.

6. Wonderful idea and very well done!I subscribed to the free trial for unlimited access, and only could access the one video, it said subscription had expired when the kids tried to play another.

7. I downloaded it and couldnt believe that you had to pay a subscription for it! Why not just charge $5-10 for the app itself rather than a monthly subscription? I also noticed that the youtube videos are full of ads now and I can't predict what those will be.

8. I was disappointed when I saw that there were only 1 min clips of the newest videos on YouTube unless you went through the app.

9. It's been over 24 hours... One star for now and I will adjust once we're able to use the app Update: Problem is resolved, the cosmic support (Frances) was very professional and responsive.

10. The issue is resolve, Vimeo(the 3rd party support) is pretty bad.I've followed and recommended cosmic kids for years.

11. My 3 year old with apraxia loves it, It also keeps my 10 year old excited about yoga and exercise which is amazing.

1. Fix Cosmic Kids Yoga Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cosmic Kids Yoga: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cosmic Kids Yoga App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cosmic Kids Yoga" » Open Cosmic Kids Yoga » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cosmic Kids Yoga » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cosmic Kids Yoga app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cosmic Kids Yoga servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cosmic Kids Yoga" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cosmic Kids Yoga app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cosmic Kids Yoga might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cosmic Kids Yoga. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cosmic Kids Yoga then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cosmic Kids Yoga not working
