Why should I report an Issue with Taskito: To-Do List, Planner?

1. I would love to be able to look at my schedule and plan tasks and make project boards from the computer as well.Best planner app available.

2. I wish that today's tasks with no time attached would be displayed NOW in the timeline.

9. A request to the developer, can you have a setting where the reminder is turned on by default for tasks? It would save a step everytime to make a reminderI really like this app.

10. I love the timeline and the "unplanned" section to dump things from my brain to sort through later.

1. Fix Taskito Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Taskito: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Taskito App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Taskito" » Open Taskito: To-Do List, Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Taskito » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Taskito: To-Do List, Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Taskito servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Taskito: To-Do List, Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Taskito app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Taskito might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Taskito. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Taskito then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Taskito not working

2. Fix Taskito Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Taskito be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Taskito not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Taskito may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
