Why should I report an Issue with Ideate - Outliner, Planner, Th?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Brewed Apps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I do recommend having a backup note app like Google Apps in case your fingers tap the wrong button or if ever you get into an unfortunate situation.I tried to add a picture from my gallery that I just took of something for later and your app is Not listed in the Share option!! Because of that alone I have no use for your app!! Apparently I misunderstood what your app actually does! And to think I almost subscribed, glad I decided to try it out for real!!Love the sync, and it does exactly what I want.

2. Does it have expandable/ collapsible sections on a list/note? In the pictures shown above, there's a dash on the right side of the headliners that seems like you could press it and it would collapse, but this does not show up on the app on my phone? Edit: thanks for the response! :)While i understand that developers need to make a living, this app is poorly developed as it becomes non-responsive when there's slightly more data in a note.

3. And it's ad-free! This app is definely a keep!Amazing! I've been using it for my school notes and so far has become a staple note app for me.

4. Great concept but poor execution!Great app! Its easy to store notes as well as easy to find.

1. Fix Ideate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ideate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ideate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ideate" » Open Ideate - Outliner, Planner, Th » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ideate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ideate - Outliner, Planner, Th app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ideate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ideate - Outliner, Planner, Th" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ideate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ideate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ideate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ideate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ideate not working

2. Fix Ideate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ideate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ideate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ideate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
