Managed Home Screen Customer Insights

1. e.g. Wi-Fi selection doesn't work at all in kiosk mode so we had to add a shortcut to a third-party wi-fi switcher app.It says its not for my device, meanwhile, it already changed my wallpaper to an extremely ugly 👹 image! Yech👅😛😜😝🤤👅! Thank goodness, I have my wallpaper image readily available! Why do stupid developers take the liberty of overlaying your wallpaper with their unwanted dark blue, abstract, so-called art image? They need to wake-up ☕! Have a cup Microsoft.

2. I wish the Home Screen allowed or incorporated some static widgets? Like areas where notes or info could be displayed?I get what this is trying to do and that it's aimed at whole organizations, but having the device enrolled to the organization is really too much work for small businesses that are just looking to set up a little kiosk to maybe just advertise their product/app.

3. This happened before but when this happens it starts bigging out. This doesn't work on my device It always says "device not setup" I have Samsung galaxy m04Customization on the kiosk mode is 'OK'.

4. We need to have simple Swipe to unlock, basically to inherit device security policies.I'd like to be able to brand the wallpaper on these devices (we use the multi-app mode.

5. The timer for a pin, only works with "screensaver and pin to unlock" enabled the default Andriod is 30 seconds to save battery users hate it keep having to put pin in.Quirky and buggy, needs work.

6. I'd also love to make use of the admin unlock PIN but can't see any documentation on how to implement this Also, It doesn't seem to support landscape mode for Android tabletsWithin Endpoint Manager unable to set the length of numeric pin or complexity.

7. App works as intended, but needs serious polishing, especially on a device lock/unlock side as it is requiring PIN in conjunction with lousy Screensaver.

8. It's completely unusable for people like that.I'm surprised how many negative reviews even when the description clearly says that this app is designed for managed devices, controlled by intune or any other MDM.

9. 🤷 I think there's room for improvement, but it's a good utility to be able to lock down devices or 'simplify' them for users.

10. When I hit the icon and home screen now it says that the device is not set up yet.

11. I think Microsoft is soft in the head 😁😂🤣!What a useless app! My phone is not provided for school or work.
