1. A representative I talked to said she widened work area but still not working.Can't actually apply for jobs, can't change location, constantly spammed with emails and texts about jobs but when you confirm your interest in a position via text and try to speak to someone on the phone, they have no information of use to get you closer to working.

2. You cant reach anyone who is going to help with job placements and it just shows one job which is too far away for few hours that nobody wants, as opposed to the many jobs they claim to have ... I have been there for two months...but on job sites they advertise daily that they have many openings...but its a lie 😒.

3. Although I have experience but no license, It cost a lot to get a license $200 - $300 or moreI don't have a profile and entered my phone number in for verification, no code is sent.

4. I used to like it but now I have to rely on text messages (which don't provide full details) or inconvenient phone calls as I work overnight most are early morning when I am attempting to sleep.

5. I know I entered my number correctly, have service (writing this review from my phone this very moment), so I have to assume there is an error on your end/system.This company leaves a lot to be desired.

6. there was nothing the company could do being as though they could see when i log in, but the problem was on my end with it and they couldn't help not did they have a tech department.App is nolonger allowing me to view the actual job postings.

7. If it's already a position that's been filled, why do I even need that info? Don't waste your time.

8. The app provides all of the information I need to know about a case: wage, location,schedule, time and the start date.

9. It has a screen imposed over the listing that states "want to find jobs near you?" I've deleted the app, signed out and signed back in.

10. EMAIL PROVIDED FOR HELP DOES NOT WORK.Waste of time.

11. after my first week the app stopped working and the client opportunities stopped coming in.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HomeCare.com: Senior Care Jobs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HomeCare.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HomeCare.com might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HomeCare.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HomeCare.com then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HomeCare.com not working
