DIY Home Inspection Customer Insights

1. If there was a pause function so people could go around obstacles or video all electric boxes would be great! Thanks, Carl StrandvoldA horrendous waste of time, the record button doesn't work to turn off the videos once started.

2. Third times a charm right? After 2 failed attempts, 2 calls to esurance, 1 app uninstall and reinstall, 3 trips outside recording, and a phone restart it finally worked.app workes well on my phone (moto g5s plus) but wouldnt upload the videos on my wifes phone (moto g6) so we had to take them twice.

3. Screen and app keep freezing, and I'm on a new phone with Android 8.0, so should work without issues! It's not possible to record and submit DIY inspections, please fix ASAP! No other alternative to this crappy app for discount unless pay for appraisal.

4. For anyone trying to submit through this app, reach out to them via email and they'll let you submit pictures via email.Video is sluggish to the point of being unusable, which doesn't matter because the app freezes once the video is done anyway.

5. Horrible app. When I click to record a video in the app the screen freezes and I am unable to stop the recording.

6. I'm on Android 9 on a Pixel 2, and like other reviews state, the video freezes as soon as you tap the record button.

7. Not sure why pictures wouldn't suffice, requiring a video is unnecessary overkill, especially when the app is designed so badly that it can't even record video.

8. Luckily I was able to just record the necessary videos with my camera app and email them to customer service.Had to retake all the videos 3 different times.

9. Then I tried again and this time was told to restart my phone, once again all videos lost.

10. beside those issues the the app worked as expected looked nice and walked me through the process making it fairly simple to use.Have tried to use this app 3 separate times now to do my home inspection and all it does is freeze.

11. After the 1st failed attempt I call esurance and was advised to delete the app and reinstall, all my videos were lost.
