1. Sometimes I'm standing in line at the store and need to check the balance quickly and it makes me input all my info and re-enroll and I don't want to have to type in all that info with other people around me.

2. Tired of having to input my info and re-enroll almost every other time I open the app.

3. Now I have to re-enroll every few days and it's hard to get the alternate logins to stick, and when they do, it still makes me put in my password the moment I try to open my checking.It's an app..most of them bug me..I think I liked the old one better though.

4. It took a bit to set up after the update I didn't know about, and that was frustrating, but the ladies in Lago helped sort it out like they always do :-) They keep me banking with SSBT.This app is trash.

5. I just want to check my balance now and then without having to literally re-enroll for the app.

6. Constantly gives me an error message, if I can even get that far.The app used to work, however badly, but now it didn't even do that! I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times now with no success.

7. It sends a verification code to my phone number, then asks for a phone number to enroll.

8. Just a big waste of storage space.Recent update has really messed it up on my phone.

9. Pin option doesn't work well when you switch from Wifi to cell phone.

10. System asks for password and text message code too often.

11. This is a good bank but the app is annoying, so much I'm about to change banksi had to call my bank and set it up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SSB&T eBank Issues
