1. Bank statement is a bit amateur and sometimes funds take 5 days to receive.Is the check mobile deposits doesn't get un disabled again.. I might have to open a different bank account... they are closing my account.
2. The card looks great and works everywhere, plus I get notifications immediately after transactions which gives me peace of mind that I'd know quickly if my account was compromised.
3. I use my Passbook account for all of my personal spending which has been a great way to separate my "discretionary" spending from the rest of my budget.
4. Took under 5 minutes to open a new account, and was easy to link to my existing bank account right away.
5. The app is easy to navigate, the card got here faster than expected, and there's always notifications when a transaction is made, plus no fees! However, what really made me compelled to leave a review is the amazing costumer service.

7. Within a minute I get connected to a representative and can get my problems solved in less than 10 minutesMy favorite banking app! Why do they have to be closing!? This really messes up my finances a lot as it's the only card I have that half of the businesses I buy stuff from accept.
8. I can even turn the account off and on in seconds within the app which prevents unwanted usage - most of the time it's off and I only turn it on when I plan to use it.

I cannot access my passbook account not my funds Absolutely no access to app to login. When I contact customer service they tell me that they decided to close my account after my $1,100 was completed without reason and it will take 61 days to mail a check
I am unaware of ftm essentials transaction of $67.95 an also global tel for $ 45.99
My account/app has been locked for over 2 weeks. I received emails with CS number that could not help or don't know what they are doing. Please advice.
