2. useless appI really dislike the fact that it takes a couple of days for transactions to be updated; I mean, without this feature, what's even the point of using this app? Also, transaction details don't even cover the basic details, such as, the receiver.

3. The transaction history isn't updated almost real-time like it's used to, and the notifications doesn't work at all now after the latest updates.

4. I would expect this app to keep maintaining the features as before without introducing defects like this considering how well they care about customer satisfaction.Always getting error message.

5. After I updated the app I didn't get any notification regarding the debit and credit notifications in real time.

6. I tried to fix it through the app settings but there weren't any settings to fix that errors please fix thatThe easiest mobile app I have used.

7. Security is also good due to sms facility.

8. Very easy as a Passbook.

9. In conclusion, this app has a long way to go if it is to get at least 3 stars from me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ComBank ePassbook Issues

1. Fix ComBank ePassbook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ComBank ePassbook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ComBank ePassbook App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ComBank ePassbook" » Open ComBank ePassbook » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ComBank ePassbook » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ComBank ePassbook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ComBank ePassbook servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ComBank ePassbook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ComBank ePassbook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ComBank ePassbook might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ComBank ePassbook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ComBank ePassbook then reinstall.
