1. Can I give it zero stars? When this app works, I love it, but every few weeks it disables quick access, won't take my password and forces me back to my laptop to reset my password, receive a code, and start over with the setup process.
2. Called support for help multiple times and their advice was basic and useless (clear cache, etc.). Doesn't help, doesn't work, very frustrating.Was a great app.
3. "Network unavailable" now (it would do it once in a while before but now its almost always not working) which really sucks when you are needing to do a last minute transfer or sick and can't go out of the house but need to move money to make sure bills can be paid.
4. My bf has the same issues too.The app crashes on a semi-monthly basis, they are constantly changing security features so that you almost always have to use your full account and password (despite having pin and fingerprint shortcut features).
5. When selecting to remember your username, it remains in the app for a couple of times that you log in then, resets and all your information is erased.User interface is friendly but not always accurate and often going through maintenance issues.
6. It used to be a nice app but it has turned to garbage in the last few months 😡.This app used to be great, but has gotten progressively worse over the years, and in the last 10 days, virtually inoperable.
7. I tried to troubleshoot with a call center agent and they weren't able to fix it.This has been a problem for over a year, and it still hasn't even been fixed.
8. Not sure if there was a recent update, but in the last 3 weeks I've had so many issues.
9. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it will not accept the login information that works just fine on the website.
10. Now I'm locked out of my account because the text code didn't get to me in time.
11. Uninstaller and reinstalling is a temp fix but because our account is shared and I have to do the verification process again, the texts don't come to my phone.This app used to be really good.
