Now i want to close my account.i have recently applied for mashreq neo smart account i received card and Update all the details in the app but still facing BIG ISSUES WITH ACTIVATION and now i am feeling embarrassed with this i dont recommend it its about a week now and account still inactive VERY BAD SERVICEVery bad service and waste of time can't even log in the account nothing but drama here I have already provided my documents and still these guys say more info needed but never let you know what the problem is it's better I never recommend this bank to anyone and I'm gonna get account opened in another bank atleast they won't waste my time .
