Now i want to close my account.i have recently applied for mashreq neo smart account i received card and Update all the details in the app but still facing BIG ISSUES WITH ACTIVATION and now i am feeling embarrassed with this i dont recommend it its about a week now and account still inactive VERY BAD SERVICEVery bad service and waste of time can't even log in the account nothing but drama here I have already provided my documents and still these guys say more info needed but never let you know what the problem is it's better I never recommend this bank to anyone and I'm gonna get account opened in another bank atleast they won't waste my time .

Ask your app development to work on it seriously as it needs major improvements.I send money on 4-06-2023 to Pakistan they didn't receive that money till today I call servals of times to meshreeq neo helpilne number but there Is no option to talk with costumer service officer what a rubbish.? From yesterday I'm trying to open the application but I can't able to get in it because the application screen shows we are upgrading from yesterday you guys upgrading the app till now you didn't upgrade.This app is very much low speed if you want to make a transfer you really are going to face bad time as it takes too much long time for a single transfer.

4. Check Mashreq Neo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mashreq Neo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mashreq Neo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mashreq Neo then reinstall.
