1. 👎👎👎👎👎Very very very bad software please do no install this , I tried more than 10 times but did not get OTP number..I cant add a benificery account using this app.i watched some videos in youtube to know.they are saying i can see manage benificery button on top but i cant see that option on it.how can i transfer money to my indian account from my qatar mashreq accountVery Bad service, especially in Ramada Branch, app also worst....Number one worst bank i ever delt with... customers service no professionalism at all.

2. Aftet entered the password it's showing only lines...! I restart the phone 3 times no solved!Once log in its shows only a blak screen with separated lines for account summary, credit card, Loan etc.

3. in cases of complaints/or issue that need to be acted quickly😐Used to be good, but since past 3 years, Mashreq is one of the worst bank in Qatar, and staffs are very rude and arrogant.

4. Most employees are arrogant.Its been quite inconvenient to contact or reach out to your customer service nos.

5. Once clicked on each segment, tha app showing the details as previous version.

6. Please debug the issue ASAPI dont know why i cant log in.

7. Poor apps poor service.

8. Its showing users id locked.

9. I don't know what happened but since yesterday i cannot open my application.
