1. I had to contact customer service before to they told me that my account type (mortgage) cannot use the app.I have been using the website to pay my monthly payment.

2. I have to go to the website to make a payment.easy and very convenient 👌 appIt's a mortgage app my home if free and clear.great service.

3. My wife and I have separate bank accounts and it is very difficult to take money out, load it onto another card just to pay the full amount on one card.There seems to be a lack of clarity which accounts can use this app.

1. Fix loanDepot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart loanDepot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the loanDepot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "loanDepot" » Open loanDepot Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for loanDepot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear loanDepot Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from loanDepot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "loanDepot Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check loanDepot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, loanDepot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall loanDepot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall loanDepot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing loanDepot not working
