1. Navy federal is a much better option for me.I have not been able to log in and pay my mortgage since SunTrust merged with Truist.
2. Since Truist merged with Suntrust, it appears that I no longer have access to an app for my business account.
3. May be time to switch banks again.No good go to another bank love the tellers but as far as the bank it's no good online banking no good and no one can help with it.
4. The merger was a train wreck, a line out the door at the branch of unhappy customers I will have to find a new bank after being a client since the 80s.
5. I'm glad my money is safe.commercial banking app wont let me login at all even though with the same login credentials I can login to a desktop browser.
6. Nope, I can use the same password on the regular app but nothing works on this one.I haven't been able to log into app since I've had it.
7. I hope everyone else does too.I personally don't recommend Truist as a business account or a personal account.
8. Neither app has been working for at least the last 45 days now.Useless if you can't login.
9. I always have login using my laptop, which defeats the purpose of using the appNot working.
10. The fees are A good fit for a business that puts a lot of money into this institution.
11. The business app for SunTrust stopped working and they switched to this.
