I’ve purchased about $2000 in there and never have I received nothing

My son got a $50 gift card but we are not able to download your app or even open up your page because it says bad gateway. Can we cash out the gift card? What can we do do use it? We are in California. The security code has not been scratched.

I like to know why I got this "demon box" in the mail? I received 2 of these boxes delivered to my home. I never ordered them and I don't want them. I better not be getting charged for these boxes. You people are very sly to not put a phone number on everything. Seems like it's just a money making scheme.
I hope someone will contact me as to who I return these boxes to.

Have tried numerous times to sign up. Keep getting sent in circles: Click on sign up, write in my email address, match puzzle piece to space, wait 60 seconds for verification code in mailbox, then go to demon-box and provide code. And then I'm sent back to do that all over again. And again. And again. What am I doing wrong here?

I have a gift card but you charged my visa the amount of the gift card. Your app is very hard to use and understand.

Your description on Amazon is not correct. I would have preferred a random box of stuff (which I thought I was getting). Instead, I bought into the gambling app you have. I was a sucker and paid for more. I could not keep what was previously selected. I know I went "back" on the options. I was hoping for something different. I got the same 3 things offered to me every "spin". This is not something fun for people. It is just a way to suck money. Just confirms why I don't play the lottery. The house always wins.

I have asked them several times to delete my account and unsubscribe me and they will not. In fact, there is no place in their app to even delete account or unsubscribe from e emails.

When I put 40 bucks on my account I accidentally spun a mystery wheel and lost all the money. I didn’t mean to spin it and I want my money back. When I spun it I didn’t even put my address so the money just disappeared with the prize I won from the wheel. If I could get the prize at least that would be amazing, thank you.

I ordered a gift box from Amazon when open it this morning I received $40 gift card from demon box I have downloaded the app added the card so that I got free boxes when I click on it it's now telling me I have four sets what kind of app is this this is not what I pay for and I need my money back.

Ordered mystery box .Got gift card that was useless. The box was my daughter's birthday. Got that gift card that we couldn't redeem. Would like refund . It really ruined her special day . This company should be ashamed of the way it takes advantage of it's consumers.

Need help activating $40goft card

I made a purchase on Amazon and I was sent a 40.00 demon box gift card for my purchase. I went on the site and basically have been completely ripped off! Not only for the 40$ but I added more money more than once believing I would receive merchandise that I unboxed. That did not happen! I tried to "deliver" the item and it wouldn't let me, saying I needed 3items????? With that said didn't know what to do then and I hit a button I thought was releasing that item so I could try again but instead I ended up with no item at all and 3.72¢. So I am doing everything I can to report this site and get the word out that they steal money! I am reporting them to Amazon, Ebay and Better Business bureau.
