1. Fyi, the app stopped working several times when I tried to upload a business card pic from Google Photos.Very efficient contact management, great for team collaboration, easy import! Tags are a time-saver for filtering! Looking forward to more features.Great business app.

Apart from the obvious, I specially enjoy the “caller ID” that pops up for ALL business contacts no matter if I have them in my phone’s contacts list, and of course the card scanning feature, that has a bullet-proof character recognition and stores not only the card image, but also, all contact fields in pure text! Great work!So far, so good.

6. Two suggestions: (1) make it so we can delete all transcribed business cards or selected cards because the pic of the card isn't typically useful to me after transcribing, (2) allow us to create groups for our contacts.

1. Fix Pobuca Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pobuca Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pobuca Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pobuca Connect" » Open Pobuca Connect - Contact manag » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pobuca Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pobuca Connect - Contact manag app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pobuca Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pobuca Connect - Contact manag" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pobuca Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pobuca Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pobuca Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pobuca Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pobuca Connect not working

2. Fix Pobuca Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pobuca Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pobuca Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pobuca Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
