1. Ideally both should not be calculated.Its been working well as i am using this app for sometime now, however its been a month signals are very poor and tracking doesnt work at all.

2. This version has a benefit in the form of a bug 😀, if you pause during a run, the distance is calculated but not the time, which results in better average👌.

3. Would be great if this can be fixed.I've been using this app for a few years and found it perfect for what I do, biking and walking.

4. It says 18th, 19th and 21st November workout is completed (20th is rest day) which is impossible because today is 18th November and I haven't done it yet.

5. This started on the 14th Jan 2021and my last 4 rides have not been recorded.

6. Hope someone can help otherwise I may uninstall this app and go back to my Garmin watch.Most of the time the GPS calculations are wrong.

7. while my runkeeper app and fitbit watch, both gives similar results, this app gives totally different results on either extremes.

8. However, lately it has started to record incorrect distance and speed data.

9. I track my morning walk and at end when I check app it has stopped tracking halfway.

10. I have recently download this app again after a long time, as i firstly could not find it in play store by the name Fitso.

11. Helps me to keep my weight and diet under control.This is a fantastic app, but its date system seems broken.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Running, Diet Plan, Online Coach & Challenges Issues

  • On 11/24/2021, I was charged $66.00 via paypal. I do not recall ever signing up for this service. I would like a full refund and a confirmation I am cancelled from any further charges from your company.

  • Cancel ALL subscriptions to running, diet plans, online coach and challenges. I just got charged for joggo and I have never heard of it or used it? I don't have a log in and it's not an active subscription in paypal or on my phone. I tried to look the merchant up online and email but the email address provided for them is inactive?
