Tecnonutri Customer Insights

1. I gave up and uninstalled from both devices.It's actually a pretty good app but EVERY TIME I try to open it, it crashes and closes in an eternal cycle of frustration, where you have to uninstall and install again so you can use one (01) time before the cycle restarts.

2. The idea was good, but there's still a lot of work to be done.it does not allow you to cancel your subscription and does not have menu options, it is a ready menu that does not allow you to set up any food preferences! PS: no one answers my emails regarding cancellation.Frustrating experience.

3. Awesome 😃Few options to organize my diet, the app is crashing all the time and the worst of all, I'm paying in order to use the app, not to work for it.

4. I tried do uninstall and install again to correct, but the same crash happens all the time.

5. Why do you need the full birth date? It didn't recognise many foods I put in and wouldn't retain the foods when I had to keep typing them in.

6. I have downloaded the app in two different devices and both presented crashes when I try to open the app.

8. BUT the user has to change the language every single time the app is opened.

1. Fix Tecnonutri Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Tecnonutri: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Tecnonutri App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tecnonutri" » Open Tecnonutri: Encontre sua dieta » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tecnonutri » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Tecnonutri: Encontre sua dieta app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tecnonutri servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tecnonutri: Encontre sua dieta" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Tecnonutri app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tecnonutri might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Tecnonutri. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tecnonutri then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tecnonutri not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tecnonutri be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tecnonutri not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tecnonutri may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
