LSNB Customer Insights

1. This app is joke and so inconvenient I'm canceling my bank account I've tried for over 2 years and this app is a mess I'm done so fustrating.This app is trash the UI sucks it's super slow and sometimes doesn't even allow you to log in to see ur acct.

2. But if I go to the banks website and login there with the SAME password, it logs in just fine.Worst bank I have ever banked with.

3. Can't access your account after 10:30 PM cause you can't connect to server, quick access doesn't even work how it's supposed to, just blank.Do not use this app.

4. It stopped allowing me to login or use finger authentication, and when I type in my password, it says wrong password.

5. If your considering opening an account with this bank I would not recommend it if using the application that goes with it is important to u.

6. The bio metrics doesn't even work for that long always have to be calling in and to update password you need to log in through a computer.

7. Worst part is that this is my business account and I can't use QuickPay or Zelle!App always crashes.

8. Pressi g back doesn't work either, because then it just takes me back to the login screen.

9. Worst bank as a whole here in Texas.

10. Did a password reset, wrote it down, 3 days later I'm getting an error message.

11. Customer service just sends you to your local bank.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LSNB Issues

1. Fix LSNB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LSNB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LSNB App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LSNB" » Open LSNB Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LSNB » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LSNB Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LSNB servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LSNB Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LSNB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LSNB might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LSNB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LSNB then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LSNB not working


2. Fix LSNB Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LSNB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LSNB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LSNB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
