I'm Uninstalling AppI had saved many photos which were essential for me but the app has updated and all important photos were deleted from the app and I can't recover them in app as well as in my phone gallery I request you to please bring our privacy back to us and help us to recover our data which was present in the app or bring it back to phones galleryNice to protecting someone else privacy it is one of things that every individual like it.

2. I can lock so many photos in this.But it deleted that's my mistake but I lose so many photos.So far a very smooth and helpful app, I just wish I could purchase a premium version to remove ads.

3. But it is easy to use so far, and I learned too late that I could unlock some of the photos that were put in there as somehow all of my downloaded photos wound up in there.

4. If the content is personal there should be another screen before you access your photos.

5. I had such important pics there and now it's all gone.the app is great.. but i bought the ad free version.

7. The only thing that irks me is how in the move menu, the folders aren't sorted alphabetically.

10. I changed my phone and when I install it again in a new one I don't have any of my pics here.. Literally.. I am so pissed and disappointed.

1. Fix Image Locker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Image Locker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Image Locker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Image Locker" » Open Image Locker - Hide photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Image Locker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Image Locker - Hide photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Image Locker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Image Locker - Hide photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Image Locker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Image Locker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Image Locker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Image Locker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Image Locker not working

2. Fix Image Locker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Image Locker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Image Locker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Image Locker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
