Why should I report an Issue with iVPN - Hide your Location?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

If you need to be out of the country u can set it to be in another xounteyInfo states able to access or unlock most sites havent tried to access any locked sites but the sites i do viset often im not sure why but when using iVPN the sites refuse to let me connect even to my own phone companys account to many access denied or site refused to connect and this only happens while using iVPNEasy to use and absolutely free and it works.

I would like to see more countries to choose from but overall works greatNot A Bot A Real person yes me and this is the only app I use 100 percent works it works differently on certain devices works 100 percent on all devices but you have to figure out how to use it....Not worth a single star.... does not function! Try it and run the program then just look at your location on Google Maps or a search on Google.

4. Hope more people write the same... take this off Google Play Store as soon as possible!!!!Probably need further refine switching time faster .over all it works as my best browsing buddy😅😅😅Been using for a day or two, so far so good.

1. Fix iVPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iVPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iVPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iVPN" » Open iVPN - Hide your Location » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iVPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iVPN - Hide your Location app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iVPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iVPN - Hide your Location" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iVPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iVPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iVPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iVPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iVPN not working

2. Fix iVPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iVPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iVPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iVPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
