I gave 4 stars for this app cause of many ads.First it was so nice but now it is the worst app as it has deleted all my videos and there is no recovery of all my videosVery good it protects all my videos that I don't want others to seeThis has protect a secret video of mine for a long time and it is easy to operateJust downloaded, tried to use, and quickly uninstalled this app.

2. Beware when you are unlocking videos! If you unlock a video and you do not have enough storage space, your video will disappear forever.

3. Install it later on, a few weeks, just enter your same pon and email and go to settings and hot recover and wallah, you get your videos back...App generally works as advertised.

4. Your video is simply deleted FOREVER!It worked on my phone.

5. I wished ads were banned for free or at least have a option where the app isn't connected to the phone's service so it won't get any ads.

6. You can delete your videos, and Uninstall the app.

7. Too many ads that are the same pops up every few seconds, it was so annoying till I uninstalled the app and found another one with no ads in it.

8. The app does not stop the unlock and inform you of this.

1. Fix Video locker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video locker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video locker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video locker" » Open Video locker - Hide videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video locker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video locker - Hide videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video locker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video locker - Hide videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video locker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video locker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video locker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video locker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video locker not working
