1. its a secure notes app as advertised, very good but I didn't recover my notes from previous phone so that was a bit of an inconvenience.Disaster. I had a number of links saved and not only was it impossible to select a single one, in the process of trying to figure out how to do it, I lost 75% of the links.

2. Restore notes either crashes the app or flashes the screen white before returning to the note list.Wish the notes could be organized into folders instead of thrown together and tagged .. I like to keep things together and see it visually.

3. But don't expect to be able to use the "InnoBox Sync" feature to access your notes from other devices.

4. My notes were backed up with the innobox sync and I did a manual backup and trying to recover or restore notes has done nothing.

1. Fix Secure Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Secure Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secure Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secure Notes" » Open Secure Notes - Note pad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secure Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secure Notes - Note pad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secure Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secure Notes - Note pad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secure Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secure Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secure Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secure Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secure Notes not working

2. Fix Secure Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Secure Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Secure Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Secure Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
