1. After clicking on its icon app opens for 1 second and closes itself.Very good app for storing private pics and videos safe.... Its icon changing feature is amazing... No one can identify which app exactly this is by looking just its icon..... Its an amazing app.. Do install this if u want to save ur pics nd videos safe from everyone.....Worked decent at first but now the app closes after the password is input and doesnt stay on any longer than 9 seconds.

This is really worst app, because I have lost all my personal data and I can see blank screen on photos...could you please help me on how to reback my data...soo many people are reported the same issue....So you should response for all the questions and solve the problem (Do not keep users into upset by using this app)Worst app ever.

3. Now when m trying to access it all my videos are not visible and i couldn't copy or move any of videos to other folders This app really sucksI have 70+ photos and 4 videos in the vault but it is not opening at all.

1. Fix Private Vault Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Private Vault: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Private Vault App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Private Vault" » Open Private Vault - Lock Secret Photos & Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Private Vault » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Private Vault - Lock Secret Photos & Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Private Vault servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Private Vault - Lock Secret Photos & Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Private Vault app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Private Vault might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Private Vault. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Private Vault then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Private Vault not working

2. Fix Private Vault Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Private Vault be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Private Vault not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Private Vault may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
