How many times I'm in the middle of a transaction, getting details to copy-paste, and if you're not switching •immediately• between apps, if there's ANY pause or a minute delay, or if the transfer type (for example Debit Card to Mobile Wallet) fails, the Entire Transaction is nuked and have to restart from the home screen.I sent the first transfer successfully about two minutes later I received notice transfer had been cancelled.

2. Don't waste your time with this app there are better options.For sending money abroad from the US, it's a great tool; although, for sending to my destination, I haven't had to convert dollars to any other currency yet.

3. Suggestion, make editing easy and straightforward without having to re-enter the same info over and over again.Gosh. I use this all the time to send overseas.

4. Have realistic expectations about your privacy versus convenience.Horrible. I only used this app to send money from a debit card for cash pickup to usually repeat contacts.

1. Fix MoneyGram Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MoneyGram: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MoneyGram App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoneyGram" » Open MoneyGram® Money Transfers App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoneyGram » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MoneyGram® Money Transfers App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoneyGram servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoneyGram® Money Transfers App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MoneyGram app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoneyGram might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MoneyGram. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoneyGram then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoneyGram not working

2. Fix MoneyGram Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoneyGram be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoneyGram not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoneyGram may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
