Foolish management who cannot develop a secure app so they inconvenience the customer to enter multiple otps for basic transactions as well as forcibly seek access to location, sms and sim binding EDIT: Complaint pending at Principal Nodal Office for the past few months!App keeps crashing and saying "App is unable to connect to our system.

2. one of the worst, sorry it is the only worst app for credit card that i have seen till date where you won't understand either their system or their app on how they represent transactions and why they display in such a way.

3. Seriously, all I am asking, is it really needed to complicate to this level?On Credit Cards, YES bank does not offer many options and worst, you can't reach their customer care number at all.

4. Their customer care is not responding and now I have to pay the fee before due date without even activation.Horrible to use the app for credit card bill payment.

1. Fix YES BANK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YES BANK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YES BANK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YES BANK" » Open YES BANK » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YES BANK » click "UPDATE".
