A massive thank you Harry from the team.Nice app but for months now it always crashes and freezes when I scroll down too fast is super annoying,I have been using it like 7 months already and it seems the same,sometimes it happends back to back like 5 times in a row,I have to scroll down super slow to it doesn't crash.
2. Very good guy, always looking for things to improve.Freezes, won't sync, suddenly closes, loses and deletes data and reports... Can't duplicate cells when they are the same everyday (no save as function).
3. I would never use this app if the company I work for didn't have it integrated into their system.This App is extremely frustrating to use, it takes forever for anything to load and crashes constantly (both on phone/Android and Ipad).
4. The only downfall was the unsubscription part, was notified after getting another invoice that they required a 30days cancelation notice on a monthly subscription.
5. We continue to develop our uses of the system, which seem endlessSoftware was great for the intent that we require which was to survey all the entrances at a mall.
6. It takes a bit to build a form and sometimes the app hangs and freezes if your cell coverage is spotty.
7. I would never use this app for any personal use.GoFormz has enabled our team to have all the required health and safety forms and information at their fingertips.
8. Often just won't sync at all which means I'm stick using the desktop version which kind of defeats the point of the app.
9. But, since my service renews on the 16th... Apparently, they will charge you for an additional month if you only give 29 days notice and not 30.
10. After a long days work taking an hr to do a single report that should take 5 minutes is not how I want to spend my evenings.
11. So user be ware of their subscription and cancelation policy.It's good.
Hello, I'd like to cancel since I discovered I cannot download the documents once I am done editing them, hence this app is of no use to me. Thank you!
