1. It also does have some nice music to help you relax with your exercises, i really do enjoy the different exercises it does have in it, being a chronic pain sufferer its hard to find exercises my body will take... These are definitely good for me.Not ideal for beginners to yoga.
2. If you know the poses and how to transition well between them this is a decent supplement, but not good for people who havent done yoga before.A really great app for individuals who are just starting to practice yoga.
3. The impersonal, computer-generated voice and the fact you need to check which stretches are included in a session, then check how to do each stretch before starting, makes it a poor introduction to yoga.

I really do feel amazing especially since I'm currently recovering from a work/stress induced lower back injury.

8. However, it doesn't tell us about the inhale and exhale part of yoga which I feel is an important part.
9. There was no transition between poses, no guidance on how to do the poses aside from a graphic (which means you need to keep checking your phone instead of allowing an even flow between poses).
10. There is one very annoying issue which is the fact that they skip some exercises for the other side - you do the left and then it moves on without doing the right side.
