By the way, the voice commander is very effective, it feels that you have a personal trainer, it helps you to motivate yourself ♥️It's great and I like the easy to use set up, I just started recently I'll update if I get any real progress ( like lose of weight higher than 10 PL ) and if I have any noticeable gain in muscle mass, good luck to u guys.I'm already up to day 10 of intermediate and I can already start to feel my abdominal getting stronger.
2. One of the great things is that we start at different levels beginner intermediate (which I started at) and advanced.It shows a variety of different body workouts within a durable time, in my opinion, this is the best app I've seen to help me maintain a strong and healthy body.its all great man.

On this the 90th day from going through all three level of difficulty while my look isn't quite what I was hoping for I feel stronger throughout my entire body and pushed myself to a new level of endurance that I never thought I'd reach.I'm in the Army and this app still creates a motivation to workout at high levels.
4. As a larger than life person the wanted to look like the after image when you first open the app but still look like the before one this program was easy enough for me to start as a beginner and keep me going.

11. thanks man.This app is the worst! There is no heating up your body! Gets straight into workout and there are no stretch after working out! And cardio timing are the worst! There is no order at all! All workouts are the same time! If there is a 0 star! This app deserve itThis app is so good.
