1. Also, can't access my Skype calls that have links in my emails, which is problematic given my entire organization runs on Skype.The search function can only search email within the parent folder, not the subfolders.

2. Can't update email on the app for scheduled corporate password change, fun to deal with every x months.

3. Launch MaaS360, Select Settings, Select Email, Select General Settings, Under Other Email Settings Remove the checkmark from Rich Text Editor.

4. Can't use fully featured email client for email.Unable to update password after last update.

5. All other app notifications other than Maas360 applications include this and calendar do not transmit meeting tasks and new email notifications to my Watch.

6. Fixed!! :-)While the email fetch works fine, this app does not transmit notifications to a Samsung Galaxy Watch at all from my Galaxy S9 plus.

7. Please fix this functionality ASAP.The rrason i don't like this app is it doesn't have selection filters, even haven't select all option so that you can delete unnecessary emails.

1. Fix MaaS360 Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MaaS360 Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MaaS360 Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MaaS360 Mail" » Open MaaS360 Mail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MaaS360 Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MaaS360 Mail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MaaS360 Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MaaS360 Mail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MaaS360 Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MaaS360 Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MaaS360 Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MaaS360 Mail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MaaS360 Mail not working

2. Fix MaaS360 Mail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MaaS360 Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MaaS360 Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MaaS360 Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
