1. Wish could rate 0 stars.This app sure needs A LOT of improvement! It doesn't even have the notifications when there is a deposit or withdrawal of money out of your account.Not impressed with this app since last update.

2. But this one just sucks.New update is terrible! Can't login or once I login it crashes! Making it impossible to make a deposit ***App still crashes after several uninstall and reinstall on my phone.

3. Can not access many parts of app mainly BILL PAY!!!! AND ACCOUNT BALANCE..... Okay last update in June 2022 once again app keeps crashing.

1. Fix Commercial Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Commercial Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Commercial Bank App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Commercial Bank" » Open Commercial Bank for Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Commercial Bank » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Commercial Bank for Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Commercial Bank servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Commercial Bank for Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
