About Eagle Mobile+

1. Eagle Mobile+ provides retailers a powerful collection of Inventory solutions including Physical Inventory with serial number tracking, Inventory Item views with simple item and UPC maintenance, quick Item Price and Availability check, fast Item List creation for use with many Eagle applications, Purchase Order Receiving by PO or by Item with optional serial number capture, and Label Printing.

2. Epicor Eagle Level 27 or higher and Role Based Security are required as well as a Wi-Fi or mobile wireless internet connection. Epicor Eagle Level 27. 1 required for serial number tracking within Physical Inventory.

3. Epicor Eagle Level 29 required for serial number capture within PO Receiving. Epicor Eagle Level 29. 1 required for local/direct label printing.

1. Not for production as a purpose-built handheld terminal with an integrated scanner covers that mission, but great asap functionality.Doesn't matter if this thing is on a mobile device or a computer, it's awful.

2. Phone and wifi dependant; old phones and creaky or no wifi will cause poor performance.

3. Needs to fix issues.Probably the worst inventory management system I've ever seenKicks me out after one time of scanning something.

4. A separate wifi through your sonic wall is best; don't plug a wifi into your network without security.

5. Our inventory guy always wants to pull his hair out because things are usually all kinds of messed up and off in our system.

6. We can discontinue a series of items in our store, and then it'll start rapidly ordering them.

7. We need images from primary vendor catalog.

8. It orders thing we have a lot of outta the blue.

9. This program is a few fries short of a happy meal.

10. If you have a business, don't use this.Doesn't always update QOH changes.

11. Bar code reader is camera and can be quirky.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Eagle Issues

1. Fix Eagle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Eagle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Eagle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eagle" » Open Eagle Mobile+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eagle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Eagle Mobile+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eagle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eagle Mobile+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Eagle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eagle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Eagle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eagle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eagle not working


2. Fix Eagle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eagle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eagle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eagle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
