EagleEyes(Lite) Customer Insights

1. I hope your support can be more responsive as this is your proprietary equipment.Event playback is not working after last update with error: "The IP address is not accessible".

2. So now I cannot see my movement video during the day to see what's going on.App works great, the only problem I have is that I would like to use an old tablet to permanently display a camera, however it's limited to time, as the screen will sleep, and have found no option to disable the sleep feature within the app.

3. Please restore the previous version, or fix the last update, my CCTV systems are not accessible.Dear Sir, My conection to network is not working.

4. The timeline playback doesn't play and trying to access the recordings by event type crashes the app every time.

5. edit: updated and now working again.Ever since upgrading to the Samsung Ultra s23, I can no longer view one camera at a time, only let's me see a grid.

6. There has been no fix for it yet and my camera system is worthless unless I am in front of my computer and can directly log in to the NVR.After the new update I'm unable to see the MT list on the playback menu.

7. It just says ip not accessible, but when you select a specific time you are able to see the video playback.

8. Of course there is no problem with the networking or the configuration, as all other features are working properly (even timestamp playback).

9. Please fix.Used to be working fine, but now I can't access the cctv.

10. Maybe it's because the DVR I have is 12 years old but the app was working fine before recent updates.

11. I would have rated it higher if this was possibleAfter the last update, the App does not open any more.
