1. Thank you!Best printer app!!! After too many attempts to get anything to print from the phone, much less even connecting to the wifi printer, I almost gave up....until I installed this app!!! It is the easiest and most reliable printing app available.

2. The best feature is the ability to scan wifi for printers and see a list of all printers on the network.The first printing app I've tried that ACTUALLY WORKS... But, 20 pages? You've got to do better than that, how about a monthly limit? I don't need to print that much but 20 pages will be used up quickly.

3. You may get lots of whitespace for example with no way to zoom and center the printed area.A very useful app with one big disadvantage, there are no (or very few) model specific print drivers available, so you end up using a generic driver instead.

1. Fix PrinterShare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PrinterShare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PrinterShare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PrinterShare" » Open PrinterShare Mobile Print » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PrinterShare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PrinterShare Mobile Print app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PrinterShare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PrinterShare Mobile Print" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PrinterShare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PrinterShare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PrinterShare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PrinterShare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PrinterShare not working

2. Fix PrinterShare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PrinterShare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PrinterShare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PrinterShare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
