1. It's so frustrating to walk 1.62 miles and the app only records .7 or .8. On a regular basis... It is no longer reliable AT ALL...Great idea, but it randomly will stop for no apparent reason.

2. I have had nothing but inaccuracies and problems since... Like only recording partial walks or randomly ending your walk without saying your finished.

3. I used to be able to run other apps (like my camera or book of faces) but now, if I open one while on a walk, it promptly ENDS my walk.

4. I know to hit "resume" after using the camera mid walk, but sometimes it will stop even if I don't use any other apps during a walk.

5. Thanks.Update: I made changes so it has permission to run in the background and it now tracks the whole walk.

6. It doesn't track as well, furthermore, it used to show you where you were, I've gotten lost a few times, the map use to be so accurate, I could find.EDIT: I previously left one star and an angry rant when I lost over half my mileage during the app upgrade.

7. I've checked my settings and nothing looks amiss.I've had this app for years, loved it, promoted it to everyone, it was an amazing app, easy to use, you could track your steps, I use to zoom in and take screenshots of my travels for my clients.

8. It says GPS accuracy is "excellent" yet somehow still doesn't track correctly.This app was recently updated, and after a short learning curve I've come to prefer this newer update.

9. I can understand the optimize reminder while on my walk but I get them five hours after the walk unless I force stop the app after each walk.

1. Fix WoofTrax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WoofTrax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WoofTrax App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WoofTrax" » Open WoofTrax: Dog walk for charity » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WoofTrax » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WoofTrax: Dog walk for charity app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WoofTrax servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WoofTrax: Dog walk for charity" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WoofTrax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WoofTrax might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WoofTrax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WoofTrax then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WoofTrax not working

2. Fix WoofTrax Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WoofTrax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WoofTrax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WoofTrax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
