1. Fix that and it's 5 stars!Great app that lets you do workouts where you know what you want to workout, but not sure which exercises to do.

2. the nice thing about this app is the variation in each workout! but occasionally there are exercises that would take longer than 10 seconds to learn, so I end up wasting time watching the video rather than actually doing the workout.

3. I love the high intensity interval workouts The exercises were different that I had never done before so I really loved it! The reason why I only give it 4 stars is that it doesn't offer transition times.

4. My only qualm is that sometimes it will have you do exercises on one side, with the intention of the same exercise for the other side of your body, but then it skips it.

5. I don't want to spend a lot of time doing research or watching YouTube, I just want to get to the exercise.

6. For stuff like high knees and jumping jacks that's obviously not needed, but it would be especially useful for ones that emphasize balance.this is an excellent app for the most part, but sometimes there are unnecessarily complicated exercises.

7. My favorite feature is being able to select a genre of music and then being able to skip songs within that genre that I don't care for or maybe just don't fit with the current rhythym of the workout.

8. The variable times are incredibly helpful for getting some exercise in any pocket of time that works.

9. It will put a workout routine together for you in about 20 seconds and you can pick how long you want it to be and add in warm ups and cool downs if you want.

10. The exercises and variety of moves are great and the UI is simple.

1. Fix HIIT | Down Dog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HIIT | Down Dog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HIIT | Down Dog App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HIIT | Down Dog" » Open HIIT | Down Dog » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HIIT | Down Dog » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HIIT | Down Dog app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HIIT | Down Dog servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HIIT | Down Dog" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HIIT | Down Dog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HIIT | Down Dog might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HIIT | Down Dog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HIIT | Down Dog then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HIIT | Down Dog not working

2. Fix HIIT | Down Dog Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HIIT | Down Dog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HIIT | Down Dog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HIIT | Down Dog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
