Keplr Wallet Customer Insights
1. I basically can't interact with any of the built-in apps, oddly enough.. I'm aware they charge a hefty fee for integrations, so I'm surprised these bugs exist and haven't been resolved for some time.I dunno...app crashes after every couple of minutes..and I have to restart what I am trying to do...sometimes it takes me over an hour just to move one stupid dollar to where I need it or to buy a simple nft...there has to be something wrong with the memory management or something cause this app is practically unusable for me I even tried with different phones...all I can do is stake Stars and hopefully one day this will work well enough so I can actually spend them on the NFT's I want...sheeshDoesnt have all networks that browser app has.
2. Also doesnt connect wallet from site.Why hasnt there been an update to add Keystone to the mobile app? Also the desktop won't even scan my address to connectThe wallet is average, can't search for custom Chain list on Keplr Wallet mobile.
3. [Update] i have changed my rating to 5 bcoz they have fixed the issue asap.Needs to have the option to add the many other Cosmos networks to the wallet app.
4. Just a thought.Roughly every week, the app does this thing where immediately after you log in, you see your wallet for a split second, and then the screen gets covered with the logo and you can't do anything.
5. Likewise we can't add other pages to the Dapp browser, so if we come accross another Defi site besides Osmosis, we can't add it, or the block explorer etc.
6. DisappointingFor some reason I do not know, the latest version released is not available in my play store.
7. This should NOT be something you have to do multiple times a month, or really ever.Wallet connect SUCKS.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Keplr Wallet Issues
1. Fix Keplr Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Keplr Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Keplr Wallet App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Keplr Wallet" » Open Keplr Wallet » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Keplr Wallet » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Keplr Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Keplr Wallet servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Keplr Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Keplr Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Keplr Wallet might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Keplr Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Keplr Wallet then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Keplr Wallet not working
2. Fix Keplr Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Keplr Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Keplr Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Keplr Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, I withdrew 26 Atoms from Binance to fund my Keplr wallet but it did not arrive. Apparently the QR code which I scanned showed a different address that doesn't correspond with my Atom wallet address. I have details of the wallet address it was sent and the TxID number for the transaction. Please any help to recover the funds will be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I have downloaded the Keplr app on my phone and desktop and linked them. I also can connect to Osmosis and make transaction to and from the Keplr wallet. However, I am limited to only sending to to Cosmos hub as two issues arise:
1) I cannot get Terra Luna to drop down from the desktop Keplr menu even though I can see my wallet for both Luna and UST in Osmosis, the wallet address is the same for both UST and Luna. How can I get this set up to get Terra to down down to send crypto to and from this network?
2) Even though Crypto.com is in the desktop Keplr dropdown menu, when I try and input my Crypto.com wallet address in the corresponding field, underneath a message states that the address is invalid even though i know it works via other protocols.
Any suggestions on how I can fix these issues?
