2. Try and place your customer care number on the app for easy resolution of issues.Bad experience Being a firstimer I'm disappointed Mistakenly transfer to the wallet and I can't even change the pin, I pressed forgotten pin yet the app was stagnant and didn't even load.

3. (Ver 1.900). KINDLY FIX THIS ISSUE.Your app is not complete and this is very bad when a transaction goes wrong or fails and I was debited and there is no good contact to contact for complains.

4. Your app should have direct link and good email for complains of failed transaction and debt without crediting the thirdpartyPlease check on the new version of the app.

6. My wallet balance digits are cut into half such that I cannot read out the figures.

7. Pls do something or better still revert back to the old versionThe Wallet Balance is not fully visible.

  3. Clear Firstmonie Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Firstmonie Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Firstmonie Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Firstmonie Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Firstmonie Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Firstmonie Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Firstmonie Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Firstmonie Wallet not working


2. Fix Firstmonie Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Firstmonie Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Firstmonie Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
