1. If the app took scan and pulled up all available web data on the business in question or provided drop down of possible matches from growing data...ok that's when you charge monthlyWorks great! A couple cards disappeared after a few hours in the first version that I downloaded.

2. At the bottom of the page it says "$14.99/week after FREE 7 day trial." The button at the bottom says "Start Free Trial." There is no way to select the Basic version.

3. Too many issuesGreat idea, free version is a bit ad heavy, sometimes it doesn't put information in the right field, and it doesn't have an option for "work cell".

4. When I opened this app for the first time, the first page I saw was "Start Like a Pro." It compares the Premium version to the Basic version.

5. However, I recently received a new phone and I don't see how to transfer the many business cards on my old phone.

6. For some reason the system is taking a photograph of a business card of one contact and has copied it multiple times to other contacts.

7. I guess over 50 cards is a paid version.

8. You cannot transfer the database of cards to a new phone.

9. Unable to transfer The 100+ cards to The new phone.

10. I am going to another place.Cannot register account after paying for unlimited version.

1. Fix Business Card Scanner & Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Business Card Scanner & Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Business Card Scanner & Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Business Card Scanner & Reader" » Open Business Card Scanner & Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Business Card Scanner & Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Business Card Scanner & Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Business Card Scanner & Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Business Card Scanner & Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Business Card Scanner & Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Business Card Scanner & Reader might not work.
