Why should I report an Issue with iScanner - PDF Scanner App?

1. It takes what would take 20 to 30 minutes of scanning with my printer to a scan that can take less than 5 minutes.Been using this scanner for work for years - I scan a lot of sheet music and whatnot.

2. Then I can save it, send it, upload it, email, print it WHATEVER YOU NEED as BOTH a .jpeg OR a PDF OR both!!! FOR FREE.I have had this app for about a year now and it has been a complete life saver during the pandemic.

3. It said it couldn't solve this problemThis app was pretty good and I've been using it for almost a year now because of online school.

4. This change is recent (within the past day, as I was able to scan 12 pages just fine on friday) and extremely inconvenient, as my work is a lot more than just one page.

5. it detects the borders of your document and scans it clear and perfect for you, then you can crop, edit, sign, whatever you need.

7. The prefer making scans on my iPad, because of the big screen, but the phone app is great in a sinch.

8. They expect you to pay for an app that you can't save anything unless you remember to download it all to your phone as soon as you scan it.

9. However, the amount of ads have slowly increased and now the only way you can have multiple scans on one file is if you buy the premium version.

1. Fix iScanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iScanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iScanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iScanner" » Open iScanner - PDF Scanner App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iScanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iScanner - PDF Scanner App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iScanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iScanner - PDF Scanner App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iScanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iScanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iScanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iScanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iScanner not working

2. Fix iScanner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iScanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iScanner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iScanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
