That way, I have not signed up and give four out of five stars.I don't know if the the fax goes through or not but it's simple as hell only thing missing Is the option for the cover letter or I must be not seeing it kmslol but it does say delivered after it pends for a few seconds sooooo get the app it's fee, haven't been charged yet which it should be free especially if it's already running off your phone bill.I am being denied access to my accounts I cannot connect my Google account with this one to send a fax over this this is ridiculous when I'm in the middle of trying to send 1 right now this is retarded and you can't save any of the documents that you scanned from there to your device it's kind of dumb.Worked good.

So dissatisfied.This app is worthless I loaded my documents put in all the information says it's free then it tells me fax failed so I verified all info and hit send fax a couple more times and then it sends me to the page where I have to subscribe so not happy.Very good app and simple to navigate.

3. Paid for the service twice because it worked for the free trial so I wanted to give it the benefit of a doubt but it didn't work at all after the free trial just took my money.It says this app is free to use however I need to make payment before I send fax.

4. I paid for credits to send a fax and the fax don't go through at all.

5. Why did I have to pay for credits if you wont let me use them to fax? What do I do with my 80 credits that I paid for??This application is pathetic.

1. Fix Fax App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fax App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fax App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fax App" » Open Fax App: Send Faxеs From Phone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fax App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fax App: Send Faxеs From Phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fax App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fax App: Send Faxеs From Phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fax App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fax App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fax App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fax App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fax App not working
