1. The app doesnt talk well even with Blackberry Work as files saved from the inbox there are not visible in Edit.Just loaded this onto my personal Key2 and I have to have an access key issued by my IT administrator.

2. Shame on you.False advertising, this app infact does require login, which does require connectivity, just like all other annoying "online" office apps :(Terrible interface.

3. Who is that? I wish to copy downloaded music from my bluetooth folder to the relevant music folder and although I can copy the relevant files, I am unabe to paste them into the required folder.

4. It definitely doesnt come close to matching the editing prowess of other apps out there.

5. A call or move to another app while editing, loses all changes that were already made in an unsaved doc.

6. But I used Blackberry email and access, and those are deserved 5 stars.

1. Fix BlackBerry Edit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BlackBerry Edit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BlackBerry Edit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BlackBerry Edit" » Open BlackBerry Edit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BlackBerry Edit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BlackBerry Edit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BlackBerry Edit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BlackBerry Edit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BlackBerry Edit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BlackBerry Edit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BlackBerry Edit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BlackBerry Edit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BlackBerry Edit not working

2. Fix BlackBerry Edit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BlackBerry Edit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BlackBerry Edit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BlackBerry Edit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
