If you're getting the cannot send SMS to that number error, you'll have to call them to have you number listed against your account, and you'll then be able to access your money 🙄 (an email would have been nice) only positive is customer service are lovely and I wasn't on hold forever.US user here, which might be part of the problem.

If I'm ever able to get my money, I look forward to dropping B4B like a rock.It's driving me nuts - I Register and sent a text with a security code but to get the code I have to leave the login screen and it resets itself! So have to input user name and password again but it then won't display the screen for me to input the code! I've had to login in to my laptop to set it up.
3. Absolute dog 💩Cannot log in as they 'Cannot send an SMS to the mobile you number provided' but guess what, I haven't provided one because I wasn't asked for it when registering!?! Now when I go onto the app it's a blue screen with the spinning wheel of doom! Have emailed them so let's see if I get a response.
4. It says it cannot send a code to the SMS number provided; I haven't been given the chance to add my number and I'm seemingly unable to do so through the account.
5. Cannot log on anytime..says my credentials are unknown.We we as a company use this awful system I cannot understand..Terrible, simply terrible experience.
6. I will strongly recommend my insurance company to do something about this.2 step verification (SMS) BLUNDER B4B have deployed a 2 step verification, without having the customers details in place.
7. And when I fill manually all details, I receeive an SMS with a code and if I look at the SMS the app rests itself again to the first page and I have to refill my details over and over again.
8. Set that up but it won't acknowledge/respond to my fingerprint so I have to login AGAIN! GrrrrTerribly planned app with no support or help.
9. B4B customer service either doesn't exist, or are ignoring me.
10. I am unable to login since the confirm button after sending an SMS is about 5px wide.
11. And your customer service just doesn't exist.
