1. absolutely NOTHING about it works! Select Register Your Card - CRASH! Select Check Your Balance - CRASH! Try to do ANYTHING in the worthless POS app - CRASH! Don't waste your time.

2. Check your card balance via the 877 phone number - or else you'll end up paying them fees for a worthless app that does nothing but CRASH.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix currencie Issues

1. Fix currencie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart currencie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the currencie App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "currencie" » Open currencie » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for currencie » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear currencie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from currencie servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "currencie" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check currencie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, currencie might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall currencie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall currencie then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing currencie not working
