1. I wish you'll add new features in a future :)The app will not find my device, despite it being connected through BluetoothManaging my AURA band with this app is very easy and convenient because I do it from my Android tablet.

Waited 2 years before I finally received it, it won't take my measurements, battery takes all day to charge and only a couple hours to die! had it for about a month now and it's still useless!Just about all the features promised seem to be missing and the app/band registered a pulse of 55-75 BPM while sitting on the table.

4. UNFORTUNATELY it doesn't show the feature to open the Aura app 🤔do I hve to to another website to download a link.

1. Fix AURA App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AURA App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AURA App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AURA App" » Open AURA App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AURA App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AURA App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AURA App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AURA App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AURA App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AURA App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AURA App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AURA App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AURA App not working

2. Fix AURA App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AURA App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AURA App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AURA App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
