Blogilates Customer Insights

1. It seems like as soon as I open the app I should see a summary of my stats, plans and challenges.First impressions: my phone goes to sleep while a video is playing, makes it hard to work out with, it'd be nice to include some data recording - we put in our weight or whatever we want to keep track of that way it's in one place with a visual graph would be cool.

2. When I cast my whole screen (instead of just the video from the app) it works, but when I do that the video sometimes freezes or skips for a bit while the audio still goes.Agree with others regarding being told it was free, then seeing a subscription.

3. Overall though, it's a great app! Cassey has such a wide variety of videos that no matter what, you will find what you want.I like the app as you can track and follow in detail what your doing daily.

4. When paying for the subscription you have more access as in the workout routines and challenges to complete for a better personalized workout.

5. Love the ease of searching for a video! I like the layout/theme of this app vs the older one, much more streamlined.I love these workouts and have been doing then on YouTube for a while.

6. My problem with the app is that you aren't able to cast it on the TV which is something that I thought would have been included when paying for the subscription.

7. The design is absolutely adorable, and I like the structure of the calendar but the freedom of the workout search to follow a plan or make your own.

8. I can't create my own workout calendar in the app, there's no rest day options, and the programs can't be customized to fit around my schedule.

9. So if I missed a day I'd have to go back and complete it on another day making my workout longer, which came be annoying. It's cute to look at, but I wish they had notifications or reminders.

10. I think a lot of people are willing to pay, especially since the price is pretty nominal, but maybe it's better to present it as free with additional subscription options just to eliminate the element of surprise.

11. Disappointed that you can't search for workouts using key words and especially that there are no warm up videos included.

  • Hi there! I think I might have accidentally made 2 separate logins for this app using the same email. I tried logging in with my old to access the app, and all my content/achievements in the app are gone. I want to keep the subscription, but I don’t want to be double-charged for having multiple accounts. Can you help me access my original account so that I can delete the other one?
