1. I lost the message and the time I spent thinking and writing it!!!! Worse yet, when I tried to login again, the app seemed to count me still logged, and sent a message that I cannot login because I'm already in!!! Very awkward.
2. I received notification that the service is not available, and after that,i tried to log in from the website, and i received a notification that my account was already logged in.

Can I get some help with this as I rely on the app a lot in my daily life.Worst banking app in Jordan,the app send you notifications despite disabling them in settings,it keeps sending you offers and advertisements, I don't know if they fixed it by the time you read this but I also don't like how it looks visually and the UI.
4. Three days of trying but only worked after reinstalling.I have been using this app for years but this past week or so I can't seem to log into my account.
5. I have setup Biometric login but after a while, it keeps disabling itself and you have to enable it back in the settings, each time when it do this you have to login with your username and password , time consuming!Too many bugs.
