Amazon Business Customer Insights

1. Loss of confidence as they don't even seem to leave the warehouse.There is a new bug, when I go to search previous orders the defaults that are set on the business app have paid by me as the default.

2. It also doesn't have the option to start a refund/exchange from the order unless you connect to customer service via a bot, to a rep, to the seller to get it replaced.

3. It no longer shows the current status of the order, if it was delivered/enroute, and doesn't show invoice details with amounts paid, including shipping and tax.

4. It is also crashing spontaneously, that needs to be fixed.No customer service Good luck if they mess up on an order.

5. Also, for whatever reason, this version of the app is noticeably slower/crashes often, not sure why.I have app notifications on, but I get none, especially when it is to do with orders, particularly when they have been dispatched, out for delivery, etc.

6. I need to change that to paid by the business to bring up my orders.

7. Are you sure you understand the point of a business app NOT being to order stuff, but to use it in a business environment where invoices are mandatory.

8. Also the orders are not properly and fully updated with anticipated delivery dates, and it is not as up-to-date information as I had previously and is still available on the regular Amazon app.

  3. Clear Amazon Business: B2B Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazon Business servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon Business: B2B Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amazon Business app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Business might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Business. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Business then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazon Business not working


2. Fix Amazon Business Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazon Business be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazon Business not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazon Business may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
