Asked for update and fail... deletes my profile, don't let me continue the purchase 😒 Sometimes you have an item available for delivery, sometimes the same one only for pickup....scanner & go is an outstanding experiece, saving time! excellent!!!some of the products were not available on the scan and go app from sam's club, otherwise I like the app very much for the effortless buying experience.It keeps deleting my profile in each update; hangs when you search for an item; show items as sold out but are available in store; ask me for too many premissions.

2. And they ask you to select a pick-up time for nothing because when you get to the store the order is not ready yet worst experience at this store.TRAMPOSOS! NO respetan los precios que aparecen en la app.

3. I didn't find useful the pickup option at an specific date/time because they make you wait until the order is prepared and billed at the moment you arrive.

4. And by the way when you place your order on the app it his fine then the next day they sent you and email telling you that half of the stuff you order it is not available.
